UX DESIGN | CLEVELAND CLINICThe Health Library is the most heavily trafficked portion of Cleveland Clinic's website. It connects users to valuable information on treatments and diagnosis. Pain points in the search experience, however, were impacting users’ ability to properly search for the information they need..
ROLES: UX DESIGN CO-LEAD, UX RESEARCH
UX DESIGN | CLEVELAND CLINICDesigned, expanded upon, and documented numerous components for the Clinic’s ever growing Design System. Using an Atomic Design approach to develop colors, buttons, cards, etc.
ROLES: UX DESIGN, ORGANIZATIONAL CO-LEAD
UX DESIGN | Personal/Paid WOrkPaid design work updating the booking flow for a Healthcare Start-Up. Quickly trying to learn their design system, users, and styles while not having access to most of these. Drop-off was a big issue to address as well as it needing an updated visual approach.
ROLES: UX DESIGN, UI DESIGN
UX DESIGN | CLEVELAND CLINICA complex internal tool worked on over several months with an outside Agency that handled tech and research. The project was intended to provide a better UX for doctors to encourage them to fill out their consumer facing profiles with up to date information.

UX DESIGN | CLEVELAND CLINICSeveral of our sites needed to merge into a new CMS as quickly as possible, however this also opened up opportunity to give a refreshed design to our Health Essentials blog, the design being inspired by the new Health Essentials email that I designed a few months prior.
ROLES: UX DESIGN & RESEARCH LEAD, CMS MIGRATION
GRAPHIC DESIGN | PERSONALA BFA examining the harmful effects of fast fashion in relationship to the commercial art, advertising, and marketing that is used to whitewash and sell these harmful commodities - covering up the effects production has on the environment and the worker.
ROLES: RESEARCH, CONCEPT, PHOTO, LAYOUT DESIGN, PRODUCTION
